Who is did it and who got done

Greater Manchester Police have done research into who are the victims and who are the perpetrators of crime and the results are very interesting.

Profile of Victims

15 year old males are most likely to be victims

Other groups are:
Children of school-age
Students
Owners of mobile phones
Owners of pedal-bikes
Bank ATM users and cash cardholders
Older people

Profile of Offenders

Most offenders are 10 to 17 year old males closely followed by 18 to 24 year old males.
Most robberies happen on the streets and during the hours of darkness

If you look you can see that the group most likely to be offenders are the same as the main victims.

Makes you think.
