If you are then check the websites below for more information.
Some are contacts for sports clubs and others for sports centres in your area.
Many have links to sites dealing with specific sports. Some of these are the sites of the sports governing body where you can find more information about the sport and details of how you can get involved.
If you are thinking of getting involved or getting your children involved here some things you might want to consider before joining.
- Have the coaches got the relevant qualifications to ensure the training and the sport are played safely?
- Have the coaches been checked by the criminal records bureau?
- Are there other people from your area going to the club so as to you can arrange lifts either for yourself and/or your children
